I’ve worn many hats across world of travel & hospitality, from luxury hotel & resort representative to cruise director and cultural & destination program manager, entertainment director and guest experience host. Whether on land or at sea, my mission has always been the same: to craft meaningful travel experiences that allow people to connect deeply with the places they visit.
My journey has taken me far and wide, not just as a professional, but as a curious, slow traveler. I’ve lived and worked across Europe, the Mediterranean, South & Central America, the USA and the Caribbean, West, East & North Africa, Northern & South Asia. These experiences were never simply about ticking destinations off a map - they were about immersing myself in culture, language and local life, staying long enough to truly understand a place and the people who call it home.
Besides Italian, I speak English and Spanish fluently, and also converse in French and Portuguese. Discovering new cultures and connecting with people from different backgrounds has always been an essential part of who I am. These encounters: with locals, fellow travelers, and the places themselves, continually inspire the way I create journeys: authentic, enriching, and deeply memorable.
Along the way, I’ve embraced a hybrid path: part destination operations coordinator, part communicator, and part cultural ambassador. My work brings together thoughtful coordination, guest experience, and cultural storytelling, helping shape seamless journeys, enriching shore experiences, and meaningful connections with the destinations we explore. What I value most is creating experiences that feel personal, authentic, and memorable.
I continue to deepen my expertise through ongoing training in guest experience, travel and cruise operations, and attentive service. Whether welcoming guests, hosting talks and informal briefings in inspiring environments, or working discreetly behind the scenes to ensure everything unfolds smoothly, I approach each moment with empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
In recent years, I’ve fully embraced the world of immersive travel, especially through small-ship cruising and yachting. There’s something magical about guiding guests through lesser-known destinations and creating moments where they feel part of something far greater than sightseeing - connected to place, to people, and to the experience itself.
